Construction of Real (hyper)-surfaces with many connected components.

It is known that a real surface of degree d in the projective space P^3 has at most 5/12 d^3-3/12 d^2+25/12 d connected components. One classical question is to find the maximal possible number for a given degree d. In this talk, we will present a construction producing surfaces having asymptotically 3/8 d^3 connected components.
