The major objective is to develop and to establish
a center of expertise for methods and applications in Distributed Multiuser
Virtual Environments (DMVEs). Besides the development of new technologies in
this area, another important aspect is to actually demonstrate new ways of
cooperation, communication, and interaction provided by these new
technologies.
