The Project

SAC stands for "Symbolic and Algebraic Computation". The purpose of the SAC Network is to create a platform on which the various activities of SAC can be successfully integrated. Information related to SAC is disseminated through World-Wide-Web information servers. The network of WWW servers is called CAIN (Computer Algebra Information Network).

RISC is involved in the creation of the SAC Newsletter and it has contributed to CAIN by setting up a local node and creating a part of the Virtual Computer Library.
