Principalization of the ideal of an affine scheme in the input chart. In this case the algorithm does not stop when the proper transform of the input scheme becomes nonsingular and has normal crossing with the exceptional divisors, but performs one additional blowing up which makes the total transform of the defining ideal principal.

The input-output specification is the same as of `desing/dloc`.
