Abstract:

This document should serve as a User's Guide to the library GRÖBNER and its accompanying I/O library GRÖBNER-IO for those users who do not intend to change any part of the library but rather want to use it as a ``Gröbner-basis-calculator''. Therefore, no deep insight into the structure of the programs, software-technological issues, and data structures is required but some simple recipes, how to solve certain classes of problems by Gröbner bases are desired.
