Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed, and the accepted papers will appear in the proceedings before the Conference. The post conference proceedings will be published by Springer Verlag. Depending on the submissions, they will appear either in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) or in Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI) series.
